Day 2...Bar Harbor, Maine

12 inch monster lobster roll for lunch!
Tendering to Bar Harbor.

Selfie time with ship in view.

43 pound lobster,  the record,  nearly a hundred years old.

Smoked fish chowder and a Bar Harbor black and tan started our lunch, and the lobster roll above finished it...
Stunning green moss!

Stunning pink granite ... oh yeah,  and stunning wife!

Rockefeller built carriage bridge in Acadia National Park.

A wonderful Hawaiian couple wanted to take our picture,  thus the hang loose.
Lobster twice a day is a thing.

Local tiny sweet blueberry pie...oops... too late!

Day 1... Portland, Maine

Waiting for check in...a fast process and we were first on board!

And they were ready for us...

In more ways than one!

A nice,  cozy room with a view and a private balcony raise the joy factor!

Not the most luxurious balcony slightly reduces the joy factor... but only slightly.

Complimentary daily happy hour exponentially elevates the joy factor for more than a few of the guests..

Very nice menu with some very decent pinot noir and cab options.

Here we go.....

Hopefully the weather warms.. cause time is coming to end one adventure and start another. May the Lord lead us in His perfect will!
A retirement worthy menu!

A beautiful sunset as we change planes in Atlanta. Who would have guessed that we'd be on the same flight with the neighbros... the whole Colonna clan...

A great class to end a great career!
This has been on the calendar for a while,  and now it's arrived!
